The Lopez family does it again, dominate.  Pictured above is older brother Jean (Head Coach), Mark & Steve Lopez.  In the World Championships of 2009, both Mark and Steve won medals.  Mark won bronze while Steven won his 5th World Championship.  Both Olympic Champion brothers and Olympic Champion sister, are clients of Plex.

The newest Plex will be opening in just a few months, December of this year.  The Grand Parkway / Hwy 99 location is conveniently located near Richmond, Katy, Cinco Ranch and West Houston residents. 

This past summer, over 50 professional players turned to Danny Arnold and Plex to get ready for camp.  Shown in this picture is Plex Director Danny Arnold with 49ers fullback Morran Norris working on, what Arnold calls one of the best machines for fast-twitch muscle recruitment, the Shuttle MVP.  Every summer, NFL Veterans from all parts of the country turn to Plex to get them ready, and this year was the greatest year in Plex history.  On certain days, you can come in to Plex and see over 30 NFL players at the same time doing the grueling workouts that Plex has been so successful at implementing.  Some players this summer that turned to Plex included All-Pro Antoine Winfield / Vikings, All-Pro Shaun Rogers / Browns, All-Pro Casey Hampton / Steelers, All-Pro Charles Woodson / Packers, Brian Robison / Vikings, Mike Montgomery / Packers ,and too many others to name.

Noted Performance Guru Danny Arnold, who has worked with a multitude of professional, collegiate and youth athletes, is now lending his support to the Youth In Orange" says Dynamo Press.  Arnold has opened all three of his Plex locations in Houston to the Dynamo development team, allowing Dynamo youth complete access to Arnold's vast resources in sports medicine and sports performance. the Dynamo Academy trains at Plex twice a week, and Arnold's team conducts constant testing to gauge conditioning, strength and injury prevention ability. "Danny's help to our program has been invaluable," says James Clarkson, Director of Development for the Dynamo.
